How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Forcingvirginia Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or contacting Forcingvirginia Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Forcingvirginia Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also reach out to the agency that regulates pest control in Wisconsin.
How to File
Send an email to contact@forcingvirginia.garden with these details:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That can include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
